AWARE NI, is dedicated to providing high-quality clothing to our customers. However, as we are a non-profit organisation, we cannot offer a refund for any other reason other than the item being proven to be defective.
If you have received an item that is defective or has been damaged in transit, please email communications@aware-ni.org as soon as possible with a picture of the item and a description of how it is damaged. We will work with you to resolve the issue and get you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We ask that you review the description and measurements before you purchase one of our products. However, if you find that the item does not fit, then we do offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email communications@aware-ni.org your proof of purchase (confirmation email). The garments must then be packaged, unworn, unwashed and posted to the address below.
